Activate SatIQ intelligent GPS positioning to balance accuracy with battery conservation based on activity type and duration. For extended adventures, select GPS modes aligned with your session length—use standard GPS for day hikes, Max GPS for overnight expeditions, and Expedition GPS for multi-day treks. Leverage built-in health metrics including heart-rate variability, pulse oxygen saturation, respiration rate, and sleep tracking to structure training intensity and recovery windows. Customize watch faces to display priority metrics during active workouts, and use the integrated flashlight with adjustable intensity and red-light mode for safe navigation during low-light outdoor activities.
